#7 ... 1.1 Bp/m ... 55 Breaths ... 66 min ...
There comes a point where intensity is no longer the path.
You don’t need more force.
You need connection.
This is where the breath stops driving the system…
and starts circulating through it.

The Origin of the Practice
Rooted in ancient Daoist and Qi Gong traditions,
this method works with the body’s internal pathways.
Known as the Microcosmic Orbit, it describes the circulation of energy through:
→ the Governing Vessel (spine, upward current)
→ the Conception Vessel (front body, downward return)
→ supported by the Thrusting Channel (central axis)
Together, they form a continuous internal loop.
Much like:
→ Ida, Pingala & Shushumna in yogic systems
→ or the rising and descending currents of Kundalini
Different traditions.
Same underlying principle:
energy flows when the pathway is open and the rhythm is correct
What This Practice Does
This is not about pushing.
It is about circulating.
→ breath moves through the body, not just the lungs
→ awareness follows the internal pathways
→ the system begins to connect as a whole
You stop breathing in parts…
…and begin breathing as a continuous circuit.
The Role of the Golden Ratio
At deeper levels, the breath follows patterns found throughout nature.
Expanding. Returning. Repeating.
This is where Golden Ratio-based rhythm becomes powerful.
Not as theory—
but as felt experience.
→ inhale expands
→ exhale extends
→ pauses stabilise
Each phase builds proportionally.
This creates:
→ smoother internal pressure changes
→ deeper coherence in the nervous system
→ a natural, wave-like rhythm through the body
The breath begins to feel organic… not mechanical.
The Internal Electrical Circuit
When rhythm and awareness align, something changes.
The body begins to behave like a closed loop system.
→ energy rises along the spine
→ returns down the front of the body
→ cycles continuously
This is often described as:
-internal current
-energetic flow
-full-body awareness
Not imagined. Felt through repetition and refinement.
Direct Experience
Each session is guided.
You follow:
-the rhythm
-the pathway
-the circulation
→ breath slows
→ awareness expands
→ internal connection deepens
No forcing. No chasing. Just continuity.
What This Produces
→ full-body awareness
→ smoother internal energy flow
→ deeper presence and stillness
→ expanded perception and sensitivity
With consistent practice:
→ the pathway becomes clearer
→ the flow becomes continuous
→ awareness stabilises at a deeper level
New layers open.
Gradually.
Naturally.
The Physical Foundation
Refinement is everything.
→ breathe through the nose only
→ tongue resting on the roof of the mouth (connecting the circuit)
→ lips closed, jaw relaxed
→ breath centred and continuous
The tongue placement is not optional here.
It completes the loop.
This Is For Those:
→ moving beyond force-based breathwork
→ exploring internal energy and awareness
→ seeking deeper states through refinement
→ ready to connect the system as a whole
What This Is Not
-fast activation breathing
-aggressive retention
-surface-level relaxation
This is deeper… Quieter… More connected.
Where This Leads
With consistent practice, this becomes:
→ a continuous internal rhythm
→ a stable state of awareness
→ a deeper level of presence and perception
You don’t enter the state.
You live from it.
